If you have come to this site because you received a credit card charge that you cannot identify, you have the wrong company. We don't even accept credit cards except for a couple specific clients where the agreement was pre-arranged. We are a small company and know each of our clients individually. If you don't already know us, we won't be appearing on your credit card statement.

We suggest disputing any credit card charges that you do not recognize with your issuing bank and having them investigate the nature of the charge. And if you find out who the other Convergence is, let us know so we can point others in their direction! Good luck.

UPDATE: We have been informed that the charges are coming from a company in Massachusetts called Convergence. They deal in items that, shall we say, you would want billed discreetly on your credit card. Hopefully that will ring a bell.
